I do most of my gaming on consoles but I'd say I'm both, I dont care about pc vs console, I enjoy all platforms just as long as they have the games I like
Use to be all about console games but after joining the Navy I am all about teh PC. I think the PC has more and I can do more with it.
I am a console gamer all the way starting a couple months back. The computer I'm running now is the first computer I've had that can really play games the way they deserve to be played. I loved my 360 but any game i could enjoy on a console such as it i can enjoy on my PC with so much more freedom. Keyboard and Mouse or Die.
Im more of a PC guy, but i play all consoles so I can have some diversity in my gaming but when i buy games, I usually by them on PC plus plug in your Xbox remote into your PC and you will have as much of a blast as you do on consoles.

Simple.. Pro PC Gamer for life!
PC because thing like this exist. http://skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5518
I've been a console gamer pretty much all my life but recently I've grown bored of console gaming and I'd like to start to game on PC. I'm pretty much a complete noob about what video cards and parts would be recommended so that I can play all the current generation games. Would anyone be willing to help me out on parts I would need? I have an older PC that was made in like 2004 and I haven't replaced any parts in it so it can't really play current games. http://www.vanns.com/shoe/servet/item/detail/569
*USER WAS WARNED FOR THREADJACKING*
Here's a thought, why don't you make your own thread asking for help/suggestions on your own comp? Instead of, y'know, threadjacking?
This is your warning. Cut the crap and read the rules.
I was a Console gamer, but I recently became a PC player as well after I built my gaming rig a few months back. So I'm both, if that was a choice lol
I have to say console because thus far I've never been unable to play a game because I had to reformat my ps3.
Always will be a console gamer but i grew up on children's education games on pc and now maybe when i get a job will start doing pc gaming.
pc gaming is good but you should stay with a console or use both especially if you have a ps3 besides pcs cant play blu-ray
Computers can play Blu-Ray.
I play console(PS3) but I really want to get into PC gaming.
i used to play wow on pc and i think id thoroughly enjoy play SWTOR on pc but for the past 4 or 5 years ive mostly been sticking to console gaming mainly because they're starting to make mmo's for console which blows my mind
Mostly PC, but I dabble in all three consoles for exclusives. Even though my PC is far from great. XP
Consoles for shooters, PC's for RPGs and anything else. I think I'm just used to consoles and halo/Cod thought
Though I try to play everything equally, I consider myself a PC gamer mostly because of the huge list of benefits that come with such. Besides, steam is great and I get all my use out of my PC but only some of my usage out of my PS3.
Consoles are destroying the video game industry with mass produced, terribly designed games that try and makes sales based on graphical quality (cause we all know games are only good if their graphics are good...lulz), undeserved hype, and series popularity (e.g. Call of Poopy 54: Modern Crapfest). Also, console games are designed to cater to the lowest common denominator which gives us easy games (because you shouldn't have to be good at the game to finish it) and shallow, simple gameplay. Also, keyboard + mouse are a far superior input system compared to controllers.
PC.
Console is for casual scum!
Console.
PS3/Wii/DS
PC is a close second.
I a a Console Game at heart
But since i dont have any of the latest consoles i find myself playing some of the latest games on pc
so for me I say Both
Simpler controls, little to no lag problems, pretty much no upgrading, cheaper (if you can tell by now, i digz mah sony), and i dont really want my stuff to crash while im in the bathroom... or overclocking
Despite my seldom WoW urges, console games are more agreeable with me. Some of the best moments of my life included playing many great titles on the psx, gamecube, snes, and many others. To deny console games would be like forfeiting my entire childhood gaming history ~ completely absurd.
I never really was a fan of pc games even when i had a good pc to play them on.
I would say console never really played games on PC.
I play both, so I don't really have a preference, but I grep up playing consoles.
I am a console gamer. I started off slow, seeing how my first system was a PSone. But my family was poor so computer was the last thing on our minds. And after playing consoles for so long, I've just never been able to make the jump to pc. I think learning the buttons is the hardest part since I'm use to holding a controler.
i was a pc gamer but now i am a console gamer cause my pc dosent work so well
I just have always been a PC gamer. I don't want to have to spend the money for Xbox live, and the ps3 just doesn't offer many of the games want. I also just enjoy the fun of picking out the parts and putting together your own gaming rig. The graphics aren't a bad perk either.
Just for fun I was going to post a picture of Crysis but someone else beat me to it

Console Gamer.... PC's are to much of headache to work with for me to be playing High-end games but I play some of the simply stuff like Minecraft
Both. Mainly a console due to lack of a great comp or even win7.
If I come into contact with money, Star Wars The Old Republic will feel my drool all over it.
have been eversince i picked up an NES controller
lol. i miss my NES. but now i got my xbox 360 got it the day it came out. whiny Red ring of death people, take care of your console and it wont happen. TAKE A POOP, ArMaGeDdOn!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
I'm definitely a console gamer, i dont want to slow down my pc, its just for work, videos and stuff. I prefer console since i get better audio and works better, don't have to worry if its slow like PC well if u have bad connection, well there are also better games on cosoles and the experience is way more fun on a console. Why not play a game that was made to be played on a video game console lol
"i dont want to slow down my pc" O_O people like you exist here ?! Can't tell if serious.
Except FPS's suck on consoles
Console due to my PC only having 1 measly Gig of RAM. I'm also running Linux so it just doesn't really work. My PC is used for newgrounds (mostly Audio submitting using FLStudio 9 XXL in WINE), Movies (I have a whopping 30 Gigs of them
), and general music listening (43 Gigs of everything ranging from Johnny Cash to Tool to Ambient Mixes to anything in-between & triple j Live Streaming).
I'm an avid PS2 fan and play GTA & TimeSplitters every so often. GTA4, Fall Out 3, & The Orange Box is on my 360. (I pre-Ordered Portal 2.
) My GameCube for the first two Metroid Prime games. & last but not least my PSP for GBA roms and music listening outside of the house.

I'ma console gamer when I can afford the prices, but when I can't the the unlimited internet provides for me.
Its both to me, i am a gaming fan.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TxmXHuW4DwA - nuff said.
I used to be a PS2 console kid , then I got my PC.
After that happened, my once great console gathered dust , and now continues to do so.
Unless I feel up for a trip down memory lane.
Then again , im now using my 360 to play through Brutal Legend , and playing through the Halo trilogy every so often.
The vote count here is heresy! I demand a purging of the outrageous number of xenoscum!
i lie more around the PC. dunno why, it just seems like a more replayable thing with most games on PC now having mod support and with programs like steam making/reviving multiplayer on old games, hell yesterday i was playing a multiplayer match on steam in jedi outcast II last time i played multiplayer on that was the day it came out and that was a long time ago.
I do the console thing because I don't have to continually upgrade my system's hardware.
CONSOLE, CONSOLE, CONSOLE, CONSOLE, CONSOLE.
And sometimes PC.
I love my Kingdom Hearts too much to give up consoles, and some of the games that aren't released for the computer, like N64 games and NES and such. I like MMOs just fine, but if I had to pick, it'd be consoles.
i OWN EVERY CONSOLE WHAT DOES THAT MAKE ME
PC because BF2 is still the best online military game money can buy.

-waffles with a side lol-rolls, and some
nade to drink please.

1992 to 1998 = mostly console
1998 to 2002 = mostly pc
2003 to 2006 = mix of both
2006 to present = almost all pc, some retro gaming
this current gen of consoles has been absolute crap imo. Everything is a western RPG or a FPS. WRPGs were godly when i was huge into pc gaming of the late 90s/early 00s (baldurs gates, planescape, diablo 1/2, icewind dales, fallouts), and you can pretty much say the same about FPSes. The next gen of consoles look pretty bad too.
I will say I really enjoyed the DS/PSP, and I'm starting to get interested in the 3DS.
