For all those interested i'm starting a D&D style roleplaying group over skype using BESM D20 with a few custom revisions in a setting i like to call Hero's Academy. 

The basic premise Kamen Rider and Super Sentai meet Yugioh GX - Card Games. All action all the time (or a reasonable amount there of.)  On the island of Glendale in the south pacific several improtant figures came together with the intent of forming an academy meant for training the next generation of heroes. So these figures established the 24 dorms that make up the facility, 11 dorms taking the names and thematics of the past 11 years of Sentai/Power rangers and Kamen rider series. the other two being centered around the field of Giant robots. the two dorms Real Dorm and Super Dorm are respected opponents and fierce rivals each one representing their name sake field of robots. the Administrator of Real dorm is Amuro Ray with assistant administrator Char Aznable. Super dorm is headed by administrator Ryoma Nagare and assistant administrator Akira Hibiki of Raideen fame. 

each dorm has a thematic scheme taking after its namesake show and as such there are a very diverse group of students there. classes include Henshin hero, swordsmanship, illusions, and many more play to find out. for now the primary cast is already at the academy but their still undergoing selection exams so its not too late to join up contact me via skype as Valion12 if interested
