Can it be from a movie? I was thinking part of the nightcall scene from Drive. With the driver walking around/ And adding toonnami at the bottom for five seconds before the end.

Thats just stupid. What does the film Drive have to do with Toonami? I'm 99% certain we'd never air the movie Drive to begin with, neither would the original Toonami I'd bet on my bottom dollar.
If you're gonna do films, stick with things Toonami played or that We've Aired.
Yeah I'm sorry, but that wasn't very good. I love the movie Drive, but that had pretty much nothing to do with Toonami what so ever.
Its more like a mood setter. You put it on before an awesome show to get people in the mood. Like the feeling you get after coming home from a good day to watch toonami. The lyics kind of remind me of toonami too. Oh well. Might just use it on my own thing.
Always room for New, Fan made promos/intros/Bumps if their well made if you ask me, if we can get some more things like this that would be great!

Assuming they were well done, sure. Plenty of our intros are fan made.
