An upcoming event that many FF fans have been waiting for is very near our grasp, the remake of FFX, which is scheduled to be released in the U.S. before March 31st 2013. I've been thinking about Youtube videos and different web pages that i have been viewing and reading, only to wonder whether this game would be a replica of the original with exceptional graphics, or would this game include new features including additional character scenes, plot, voice overs, dark aeons, and penance? This would add 100+ hours to the game time for the average gamer, in order to max out the sphere grid and complete these challenging side quests that us U.S. players were denied, well unless you emulated the PAL version or what have you. Anyway, I didn't think of a point for Square Enix to have a re-release of this game when millions of people already the original version for the PS2, unless there was some new twist to the game for U.S. players, that would have copies of the game being sold at light speed off of the shelves from local gaming store. What does everyone else think about this topic and the remaster of this FF title?

Eh. I'm indifferent I guess. It's cool, but my most up-to-date system is a PS2, so I'd never get to enjoy it.

Though, I would hope that they'd add more to it than just making the graphics prettier. It'd be a waste of money not to.

We shall see, I guess.

I hoping will get some info on this game at E3 but yeah it should be cool seeing this game with PS3 graphics.

The reason why Square is releasing this game is number 1 the 10 year anniversary of FFX and number 2 a great way for Square to make some money.

An HD remake doesn't sound like a bad idea, did enjoy FF X for some parts of it. But that seems like a real long time to wait, I mean really before March 31st of 2013? that's a long wait...

That rug really tied the room together...

Man o man does that look terriful. Terrible and awful in one. A noble effort done completely wrong. I'll stick to my PS2 version of this thank you. That fog keeps the atmosphere of the game and does it's job damn fine.
