Bought 3 $10 Riot cards. Bought Ahri beause she was on sale and I have enough to get both Hecarim and Varus (The archer). I'm looking forward for both of them. I'll have enough to get 1 champ left over or buy one (Just the champion) and the other with all the skins. Depending on how cool the archer skins look; I might just get him and his skins.
The grind is still going on -_- but ill have enough by the end of today but I don't know about Varus he seems like he'll be a cookie cutter carry.
ah League of Legends....a game where people battle online in a RTS game for fame and glory...
i took a shot at that game and it is pretty good
but.......i dont know if its just me but
A fed ashe hits HARD
my fav champions are
Urgot
Sion
Katarina
Singed
and Jarvan IV <3
Fed Ashe = Get Thornmail and Focus her.
I ended up buying Shyvana and Irelia so I only have enough for one champ. So its probably gonna be Hecarim. Varus will probably come out either next or next month. I've heard rumors that they just showed him because of Pax. But then again, I'll laugh if he comes out like on Thursday. So far I'm loving them both, Shyvana more so just because you can turn into a freakin' dragon.
Yeah he was only announced because the heads of PAX helped in his design or something but Hecarim des come out Tuesday and then Varus next.
Great game, very steep learning/enjoying curve though. It's really not something you pick up and play, it takes quite a bit of time to get good and kick ass. The game is a whole diff. experience when you're playing in a party though, sooo much fun.
The only reason it's steep is the because of the community which will happen in eventually in any free to play game, but overall is still a fun game.
Well, I mean you still have to understand how all the champs are played. You wouldnt lane against an Ashe the same way you'd lane against a trynd, it takes time to really understand the dynamics. That, and it takes a while before you can even buy your favorite champs with ip poInts because until then Your just playing free-to-play champs that change every week. And, you need to level up so you can set your runes\masteries so you can do well early game. So I wouldn't say it's steep because of the community, it's just how the game works, lots of things to remember and adjust.
It's hard to learn that stuff because of the community though. Like when a newer player picks like Ashe, and they don't know what last hitting is people that go and make smurfs then constantly watches their lane and constantly rages at the new person instead of explaining something like a rational person. Oh wait this is the internet......

Is anybody getting Hecarim? I hope he's a solo top and I'm grinding to get him on relase day xD
