If GFWL is Game for Windows Live then I agree the can rot in hell they screwed me over with Arkham Asylum (Which is a great game btw)
Red Dead Redemption, Saints Row 2 and the Devil May Cry series.
And since I'm playing them right now, Skyrim currently and New Vegas (for the second time).
Read Dead is the one I've taken the longest to finish.

i can relate to that i'm still trying to finish Mass Effect 2 before i play play Mass effect 3. i'm just getting really lazy when it comes to that hopefully i'll be able to finish it.

Oh God, my list is massive. I've just got a bad habit of getting to the end of a game and failing against a boss and never picking it back up.
Final Fantasy X: No amount of grinding has ever helped prepare me to beat Sin.
Persona 3 FES: Nyx charms my only controllable character when my healer is dead every stinking time.
Kingdom Hearts: Re. Chain of Memories: I never fail to run out of cards at the end, so I flounder around until I die.
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess: Didn't grow up playing any of the Zeldas between the ones on NES and this one, so it never captured me long enough to bother.
Xenosaga: The beginning was slow so I'd set it down; then when I'd pick it up again I would remember nothing and have to start from the total beginning again to understand.
My list is quite extensive, so I'll spare you guys.

I think that I am in the same boat as Strawberry in not finishing a large number of Videogames that I have started. Sadly, there are a lot of great titles that i haven't finished yet for too many consoles. I guess I've been too busy going to school and finally realize the mistake in not finishing these and must redeem myself during the next 3 months of summer.
