Okay, I log in and go to "Home" The chat box appears properly and I see people typing. I click on the response box and type. When I push "enter" I end up with a log in box even though the message on the top right of the screen (Oh hai Shymagical!) indicates I'm logged in. So I type in my user name and password but the cycle just repeats itself.
I read a few of the other topics in the chat before bothering you guys;; And I was using the correct password *and* I have the latest in Flash. My computer uses Windows XP and the browser I use is Meebo. Do I need to change the latter to be able to get into chat properly?
Just because our site says "Oh Hai" doesn't mean you signed up correctly. If you notice the box in the top of the chat, it says "Register at Ustream to chat." That would indicate that Ustream is separate from us. We only utilize their chat function. The more you know ===
Anyway, there could be a typo in your username, and you could also not have verified the email you got when you signed up. If those fail, try a different browser. If that fails, type "/join #help" in the chat box when you log in and ask them about it.
I don't have that problem so much as the chat box just never finishes loading. It'll load for a long time and then it'll just say connecting and disconnected a bunch of times. Any ideas of what might be wrong or how I could fix it? It'd be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you havent signed up with ustream and your putting in your information for TA in the ustream chatbox login. Make sure your putting in the right information and if your not ustream has the sticky situation of really not telling you and just kicking you back to chat as if you did long in and if you try to type something again it'll make you log in again.

Oh, and I did also reset my password. Sorry;
