I generally don't trust people's music tastes, because they're never as diverse as they claim to be, and their arguments for why they don't like a genre are usually invalid or fueled by ignorance or something (i.e. 'I like everything but country').. I'm passionate about music. but here's my post, I hope listeners can enjoy them. If not, I respect your opinions but if they're not legitimate ones don't waste our time here. I hope to share a little something for all, enjoy, respond, feedback is welcome:         Folk Rock/Psychadelic 60s Hip-Hop (Gamers might enjoy this!!) J-Pop (Inuyasha took me away with this one.) more Hip-Hop (for the Space Ghost fans!!) Smooth, out.

I love all of the creative Space Ghost references in the song, it's amazing the way he pieces the lyrics together. I believe that album was actually produced in part by Adult Swim itself and as far as I can tell the guest appearances were the actual characters. Ah, how I miss the earlier days of Adult Swim.

I used to have that The Mamas and the Papas album. I used it as a wall decoration in my room, since I never had a record player.

I'm envious, I don't possess this album in any form. i've got a record player, but i've never played it. haha. there's a rumor that "mamma" Cass (the short heavyset woman) choked to death eating a ham sandwich. the internet says the ham sandwich was just there and that she died of a heart attack, but I'm a bit skeptical. Anyway, just an interesting rumor. good music.

I see there are lots of metal fans here. This is about as metal as I get; it's really just mid-90s alternative grunge, but for me it's pretty rough, hah. I love this song by Red Red Meat, though. I'm curious to see if you metal guys would like it. (The music is out of sync with the video, but oh well.) Also I'm going to post Loser by Beck, just because I feel like it. Muahahaha.

Now post songs that you can't help but dance around to! I'm a bit biased toward the first one, because my name is Kate so I kinda have to love it, hehe. And the Of Montreal song I danced to at a concert with a complete drunken stranger like we'd known each other for years. That was fun. And the last one, well, I can't imagine anyone NOT dancing to it.
