my honest opinion Naruto is not a rip off of Goku, yeah they were some what the same colors but they are totally different, Naruto actually has a wide range of emotions unlike Goku who's only emotion is being kind then becoming angry and yelling for 5 mins, plus Naruto has blue eyes and Goku has black/green and Naruto wears orange never any blue cept teh headband and shoes and in shippuden he wears orange and black so yeah basicly Naruto isnt anything even close to being to or any relation to Goku
