Okay This is where we would discuss the entire book series and protect those who haven't made it through the excruciating pain of Mockingjay.

Hmn... to get this started lets try a few small points.

The book that bothered me most was the final book leaving too much open and a lot of pain behind. It didnt explain as much as I would have liked.. like if gale was happy or even if Haymitch was.. it just kinda focused on katniss when this whole time she was focused on everyone else and everything going on.

Though it was a pleasant ending... a bit creepily morbid but pleasant. My heart still breaks for Annie.

What parts of the books caused you the most pain or confusion?

The death of Finnick was too quick.  It didn't seem like it happened; he just was eaten by these monsters and that was it.   It bothered me because he didn't deserve that; though, if I remember right, he was trying to get Prim/Kaitnss out of danger, thus saving them.   I have to admit it was one of the saddest things in the book for me, but it was just way too quick.  IMO.

As for the rest, nothing else never really seemed to bother me.  Unless you count Katinss marrying Peeta in the end.  Almost like she already had chosen him over Gale. I have to admit that I don't blame her because Gale isn't exactly my favorite characters because he just seems to turn all arrogant in the end.  I don't know; that's how I feel.
