If you have an issue, please PLEASE read through this quick-fix guide before making any thread.

CHAT ISSUES:  

Cannot connect to chat?

-If it is continuously loading,

1.) it could be that you've been banned (least likely scenario) in which case, continue reading.

2.) the fault may be that Ustream isn't properly giving the necessary feed to the chat, in which case please wait half an hour to an hour to see if they fix it.

2.5) A possible combination of scenarios is that you may have been Banned from Ustream altogether, and not just the chatroom, in which case a google search of Ustream's Help Channel will set you on the right path to appealing that.

3.) or possibly you can try making sure your Adobe Flash is up to date on your internet browsers of choice.

-If the chat doesn't load at all, then you've probably been banned, and if so, DO NOT MAKE A THREAD, private message toon, sonic or Senor_Cardgage on the forums.

-If you have a problem signing in, then make sure you've registered for a chat account at ustream.tv, and if you still have an issue, then DO NOT MAKE A THREAD unless you've looked through the other support threads and seen if there are any other similar issues and fixes.

Want to get rid of the chat and watch stream only?

-Click the speech bubble icon/bubble under the video stream. Was that so hard?

Some user/mod is not following the Rules?

-If you feel that a user is breaking ToS/Rules, and no mods are present, pm another online mod and they will take care of it.

-If you feel that a mod has unfairly taken action against you, read the TOS to make sure, and then private message toon, sonicstormer or Senor_Cardgage in the chat or here in the forums.

STREAM ISSUES:

Stream not working/stuck on ToonamiAftermath logo?

-If either low quality, or high quality go down and they've been down longer than 5mins, FIRST, pause and unpause the video then proceed to switch video qualities, and see if that solves the problem, if not,  private message toon/tallest and they will fix it.

-If your schedule is off more than a half hour to 1 hour, message either toon/tallest and they'll fix it.

-If audio if off, wait til the next show and see if it's off as well, if so, then message either toon/tallest.

-Any other various issues please read through the support forum for any similar questions or problems before making thread.

SITE ISSUES:

Cannot connect to site? Or Site loading incredibly slow?

-If you cannot connect or the site is loading incredibly slow, just try loading it again in an hour. Our server may be down or we may be experiencing an ISP issue, or maybe check YOUR internet connection and make sure it's optimal.

IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE OR PROBLEM THAT IS NOT LISTED HERE, PLEASE READ THROUGH THE REST OF THE SUPPORT FORUM AND SEE IF THERE IS ANYONE ELSE WITH A SIMILAR PROBLEM, OR SIMPLY UTILIZE THE "Search" FUNCTION IN THE TOP RIGHT SECTION OF THE FORUMS.
