Could also be he's using another browser than the one he installed flash with. Example: You have IE and FF available to use and you install Flash with Firefox. Suprise suprise IE still doesn't have flash even after that. Same thing the other way around. For some reason you have to install flash once per browser. Not sure if Chrome/Safari are effected the same way but I'd bet yes. It's weird that happens because flash is about the only plug-in I've ever heard of that does that, even Shockwave you install it once and it works on everything.
That said, give us more info. Questions like "IT DOESN'T WORK?!" and then not telling us anything to go off of don't help.
It's also in the wrong forum. I'd prolly try reinstalling flash though.

That happens sometimes on chrome. Usually refresh solves the problem
