Seriously, what rumors? The only rumors I've heard are people posting here that they've heard rumors about Toonami coming back without providing evidence to support their claims.

Not creaming your pants at unsubstantiated and inane gossip that Toonami might end up on television again in 3 years is simply an indication of basic intelligence.

If it does come back on i would like to think that it comes on 5 days a week. If thats true i think shows like One piece, Soul Eater, And Fairy Tail would be nice
When you say that you don't want the old shows. I say why not? Old is not always bad. They could do worse for their lineup than to have a strong showing from the earlier toonami days.
To be honest I dont care what they put up there. Toonami was always about mad respect for the geek community. Action-Packed animes, game reviews, coherent branding with Tom, viewer interaction(incursion), Phat beats, and sweet bumps and mashups featuring dbz and gundam wing. Even the final signoff was about mad respect.
Unless they can deliver on these fronts, they still dont get it. Im not sure the true spirit of Toonami can live on the same network with the live action junk they have now.
To officially answer your question. If it doesn't fit in the middle of DBZ, Naruto, Tenchi, Gundam Wing, or the Big O, then you might want to try again.
Toonami tried bringing those shows back already but the ratings sucked so they got canceled. It's good to look back at the past but you can't stay there. If you did you would miss out on alot of shit. Toonami was guilty of that because they only aired action shows and when they finnaly tried to branch out and put other genre's of anime on, it was already to late. If toonami does comback their more liklt to show more than just action anime's....Except DBZ, their going to redub and remaster that show for eternity XD
