I thought that was supposed to be a joke for a show. Turns out.... *facepalm*
Sailor Moon wasn't too terribly bad, since it was the first thing that got me into Toonami in the first place. But I seriously have to say SD Gundam, 4kids onepiece, and Dragonball GT or whatever that other series was has to be on my list. I mean, I'm sure it was nice for the audience to have a new Dragon Ball series, but it had so many things off about it that it just didn't feel the same like the others.

Man, I loved SD Gundam when it first aired. I haven't seen it since, but I could imagine that it isn't as good as I remember it. GT was awful. To be fully honest, it did have some pretty awesome moments. And even 4kids One Piece had a posative to it. IE the second theme song was lightyears better then it's Japanese couterpart.
But no. The worst show Toonami has ever aired.

Hundreds of reasons why to hate it. But I will only say one:
It killed Toonami.
I should smack the stupid right off you,lol. I think you are overreacting. I love the show, i understand why you wouldnt like it but it killing toonami by itself, thats bullshit.

It wouldn't have been so bad if they hadn't screwed up the dub too much.
Anyway, I agree with Pokemon (everything past the first two seasons, including chronicles), Yu-Gi-Oh (Had they shown the uncut version it wouldn't have been so bad. It sucks that they didn't make more than a few episodes), and Ben 10 (it aired on the daytime Cartoon Network and should have stayed there).
Also, 4kids' Onepiece. The Funimation version was good, and it's a shame it had such a short run.
1.MAR: a very cliche shonen anime
2.Sailor Moon: very unfitting to the block imo (but I suppose the same thing can be said about Tenchi Muyo and Hamtaro, both which I liked). rewatching it, I never noticed how bad the english dub was and how boring the fights were. I didn't know better when I was little 
3.DICE: I don't remember much about this show. I do remember the dialogue being bland and the episodes failed to catch my attention.
4.Tenchi in Tokyo: Worst in the Tenchi series imo. Uninteresting story. Unfitting soundtrack. The animation is also a step down from Muyo and Universe.
5. Jackie Chan Advenutures: I really like the show but why was it on Toonami?
For me the worst show on toonami was wulin warriors what a piece of shit that was!
